The Mont Experience: How it Works
At Mont we strive to make the selection process as easy as possible.
Selecting the perfect product may seem like a daunting task. We work with you every step of the way to help you find the best material for your specific application. Visiting Mont is as easy as checking in, touring the facility, making your final decision and finally placing slabs on hold for your industry professional to begin your project.
1. Check In
As you enter Mont, you will be checked into our Management System.
This information allows us to properly identify and assist you in selecting the perfect surface for your project.
After making your selection, your detailed information will be relayed to your industry trade professional. They, in turn, provide you with pricing and other specifications necesary to complete the fabrication and installation of your project.
2. Tour Our Design Center
All of our state-of-the-art showrooms boast the largest selection of materials showing finished applications.
Once you have toured the showroom, you are ready to enter the warehouse viewing gallery. Here you will begin reviewing all the material varieties for your project.
Our warehouses are indoors, heated, lit to match natural daylight and designed to display our materials to make viewing as easy as possible. Mont showrooms and warehouses offer you the opportunity to view slabs with varying movements and hues from neutrals to bolds.
3. Bring Samples
We suggest you bring samples of your wall coverings, flooring, cabinetry and upholstery. This will help you identify the best stone for your projects.
Bring your camera! Taking photos of your slab selections will assist you in your decision process.
4. MontGranite Safety Policy
Children 12 years old and under are not permitted inside our Indoor Slab Showroom. This includes infants being carried and children in strollers.
This policy must be strictly enforced due to our insurance liabilities and the safety of our customers. No exceptions can be made.
Mont operates a working Indoor Slab Showroom Please be aware of A-Frames, moving cranes and tow motors.
Your safety is of the utmost importance to us. Do not attempt to move or pull back slabs. For assistance, please see your Sales Associate.
We ask that you are always aware of your surroundings while inside our Indoor Slab Showroom.
5. Your selection process – Finding the perfect surface
This next step is very exciting as you being the selection process to find the unique surface that will be perfect for your project.
Enter the Mont warehouse and take in the view of hundreds of full size slab varieties.
Take a moment and consider your lifestyle. Ask yourself, would you prefer neutral or bright and bold color tones. Knowing your preference will help make your decision process easier.
Mont warehouses an ever changing inventory, allowing you the largest selection where you can hand-select on-of-a-knd slabs for your project. Slabs are easily identified by marked location on frames and material signs.
6. Decision Process
After viewing our extensvie inventory, you may feel overwhemed and find it difficult to make a final decision. Our trained and supportive sales team recognizes that you have entrusted Mont Granite to assist you. We are here to help you through the process in every way possible. Many visitors come back to our facility several times before making their final selection. Once your decision is made, please note the following:
Slabs are placed on hold for a maximum of 14 days.
Your industry trade professional is notified of your selections.
Upon receiving a purchase order from your industry trade contact, Mont will deliver your selected materials for fabrication to your chosen contractor.
If for some reason the 13-day time period is close to expiration, your trade professional will be contacted prior to the slabs being removed from hold and returned to our inventory for sale to our other visitors.
When you have confirmed your material selection, we highly recommend you follow up with your industry professional to order and take delivery of the selected materials before the 14-day time period elapses. This ensures that you will receive the slabs you have hand-selected.
7. Finalizing your project
All materials are listed under price categories (A-Z) which are for your industry professional's reference. Your industy professional will offer pricing to you on each of your material selections. This is based upon your specific project. Mont Granite does not address pricing of materials. We are strictly a raw material supplier.
