Thank you for choosing Mont Granite as the source for your natural stone requirements! Mont Granite provides the widest variety and colors of natural stone materials and we appreciate your business. The following is a list of questions and corresponding answers that will prepare you for the exciting next step of your project!

How do I determine the cost of my stone?

The cost will be determined by your industry contact. Mont Granite supplies the raw material; however your industry contact knows the details of your project.

Your industry contact will give you a quote based on the following:
  • The stone (raw material) you select.
  • The size of your project.
  • The complexity of your project.
  •
How many slabs will I need for my project?

Your industry contact is the only person who can determine this, as they are the ones who will quote you your price based on the size of your project, individual piece size, location of your cut outs, etc.

Do I need to purchase the whole slab?

Yes. Mont Granite only sells wholesale and therefore only sells slab sizes.

When am I ready to put slabs on hold?

You are ready to put slabs on hold if you have done the following:
  • Finalized your stone selection.
  • You know the exact number of slabs you will need for your project.
  • You are within ONE month of your project.
  •
HOWEVER, if you select your stone more than a month before your project we will place your selection on hold for 7 days. It will be released if your fabricator does not order the slab.
  • Please be aware that all holds will be valid for a MAXIMUM period of 7 days ONLY.
  • Once the 7 days expire the hold will be released and slabs will be available to Mont Granite to offer to other customers.
  • Mont Granite, Inc. cannot be liable if your industry contact does not order your material. We prevent this from happening by sending your contact a reminder before the hold expiration date.
  •
What is the next step I should take after placing material on hold?

  • Retain the customer visit form from your sales associate.
  • Inform your industry professional of your material selection and follow-up to ensure they have ordered your hand-selected materials before the hold expiration date.
  •
How do I choose an Industry professional?
